Emtill Solutions Nigeria Limited is a fintech company with the goal of being the first point of call for our customers in terms of anything finance.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Position: Collection Officer
Job Location: Ogba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities

Call customers whose loan payment are overdue
Follow-up on customers who have promised to pay on specific dates.
Guide customers on various payment procedures.
Ensure accurate reports on payment.

Qualifications

Interested candidates should possess a minimum of an SSCE Certification.
Excellent communication skill
Exceptional Ability to work with little or no supervision.
Ability to work under pressure.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Must have an android smartphone with atleast 2GB RAM.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 monthly.
