WASSHA NIGERIA INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS LIMITED is a newly established company
headquartered in Lagos, which is part of the WASSHA GROUP. WASSHA GROUP is
a Japanese invested start-up, focused on the Vision to "Unlock Humankinds'
Potential". Our current focus is to provide electricity via kiosks by
renting out solar powered lanterns with a battery. WASSHA has expanded its footprint to Tanzania, Uganda, Mozambique, DRC, and Nigeria, making Nigeria the group's fifth country.

Africa Business Partners (ABP) is a prominent consulting firm that specialises in assisting Japanese companies with their expansion into the market. Our client, WASSHA NIGERIA INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS LIMITED, is currently looking for a Corporate Division Manager for its Lagos office. ABP is responsible for the recruitment process for this position on behalf of WASSHA.
*Role Description*
1. Accounting:
- Perform daily bookkeeping and monthly financial close and manage payroll as part of the group accounting.
- Supervise the accounting department after hiring another accounting professional.
2. HR:
- Develop and execute HR strategy and ensure compliance with regulations.
3. Administrative Functions:
- Manage other corporate administrative matters.
Additional Information:
- Remote or home office work is not permitted. The office is situated in Lagos.
- Salary is paid in Naira.

*Qualifications*
Minimum level of academic and professional qualification required to perform effectively in the role:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification (e.g. CPA or national certification) is required.
- Minimum level of experience required to perform effectively in the role:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax and accounting (including payroll related statutory obligations), with at least 2 years in a leadership (manager) position.
- Experience in HR and Legal are a plus.
- Excellent English Level
