Pay: ₦40,000.00 - ₦70,000.00 per month

- Manage all inbound and outbound phone calls
- Manage the company's messaging and chat service
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
- Candidate must have a strong phone contact handling skills, active listening and chatting skills.
- Ability to create video contents is a big advantage.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- BSc or HND degree
Pay: ₦40,000.00 - ₦70,000.00 per month
