Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Support:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
2. Problem Resolution:
- Identify and troubleshoot issues that customers encounter, providing timely solutions.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and they are satisfied with the service provided.
3. Order Processing:
- Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns and exchanges.
- Ensure all customer orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
4. Customer Engagement:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by actively listening to their needs and providing personalized service.
- Engage with customers to gather feedback and suggestions for service improvements.
- Promote products and services to customers based on their needs and preferences.
5. Makeup Services:
- Provide professional makeup services to clients as needed.
- Stay updated on current makeup trends and techniques to ensure high-quality service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of makeup tools and products.
6. Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure a cohesive customer service experience.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, customer service best practices, and makeup artistry.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues and sharing knowledge.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service or makeup artistry is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role and as a makeup artist.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle difficult customers and situations with patience and professionalism.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if required.
