Job Title: Janitor/Cleaner

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Janitor/Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment in our office spaces and facilities. This role is essential for ensuring a healthy and comfortable atmosphere for all staff and visitors.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Clean and sanitize restrooms, office areas, and common spaces.
2. Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors regularly.
3. Dispose of waste and manage recycling efforts.
4. Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
5. Perform routine maintenance tasks like changing light bulbs and minor repairs.
6. Report any necessary repairs or damages to management.
7. Follow safety guidelines and company procedures for cleaning and maintenance.


Qualifications:

• 
  Previous experience in janitorial or cleaning services is preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift heavy objects.
