We're seeking a Customer Success Specialist / Training Coordinator to join our dynamic team and be the bridge between our app products and our valued customers. If you're passionate about customer service, people training, and technology, we want to hear from you!
Job Overview:
The Customer Success Specialist / Training Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring our customers and stakeholders have the best experience possible with our software solutions. This individual will be responsible for conducting training sessions, creating engaging presentations, and serving as the first point of contact for customer support inquiries. If you're great at explaining complex concepts, have a customer-centric mindset, and thrive in a fast-paced tech environment, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and escalating complex matters to the appropriate internal teams (technical support, product, etc.).
  • Create and deliver engaging presentations and training sessions for customers, stakeholders, and employees on how to effectively use our Saa S products (both in-person and online).
  • Work closely with the product team to provide customer feedback, contributing to the continuous improvement of our products.
  • Develop and maintain user guides, training materials, and product documentation for different audience levels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and ensuring they get the most out of our software solutions.
  • Monitor and report on customer engagement and success metrics, ensuring timely follow-up and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption of our software.
  • Assist with product updates and new feature rollouts, ensuring customers are well-informed and supported during transitions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback on customer challenges and identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer success, training, or support roles.
  • Strong presentation skills with experience creating and delivering Power Point or Google Slide presentations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and customer relationships simultaneously.
  • Experience conducting virtual or in-person training sessions.
  • Proficiency in using presentation software.
  • Basic understanding of software products and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • A degree/certification in communications, business, IT, or a related field.
  • Current NYSC Corp Members are welcome to apply
  • Familiarity in hausa language is a plus.

This role includes a mandatory one-month probationary period, during which time you will receive training, be closely supervised, and have your work ethic and attitude towards responsibilities observed.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 5 months

Pay: ₦95,000.00 - ₦150,000.00 per month
