Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and results-driven Digital Marketer to help us engage, grow, and retain our online audience. If you have a passion for creating impactful digital campaigns, optimizing user experience, and analyzing data to improve performance, we want to hear from you.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across various channels including social media, search engines (SEO/SEM), email marketing, content marketing, and display ads.
- Create compelling content that resonates with target audiences and aligns with brand messaging across all digital platforms.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, utilizing data and analytics tools to drive continuous improvement and optimize ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, creative, and product teams, to ensure consistency in messaging and strategy.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Linked In, etc.) to increase leads, conversions, and overall engagement.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to keep the brand at the forefront of digital marketing innovation.
- A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) to enhance website performance and user engagement.
- Support social media strategy by managing accounts, posting engaging content, and interacting with followers to build brand awareness.
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketer or similar role with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Minimum of 4 years of active experience in digital marketing.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, social media platforms, etc.).
- Strong copywriting, communication, and content creation skills.
- Expertise in SEO/SEM strategies, including keyword research, on-page SEO, link-building, and technical SEO.
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms ( Hub Spot, etc.) and automation tools.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) and website management (e.g., Word Press, Shopify).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred, but not required).
