Job Description
- We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketer with a strong background in social media management to join our marketing team.
- This role will be crucial in enhancing our online presence, engaging with our audience, and driving enrollment in our programs.
- The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, a flair for creative content, and the ability to analyze data to inform marketing strategies.
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, etc.) to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create compelling and engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, tailored to our target audience and aligned with our brand voice.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media ads, email marketing, and online promotions, to drive leads and conversions.
- Foster relationships with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely manner.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance and website traffic using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights. Provide regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels, including website, email, and offline marketing materials.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging social media platforms to identify new opportunities for growth and engagement.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing and social media management, preferably in the real estate or education sector.
- Proficient in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with real estate trends and terminology is a plus.
- Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and email marketing best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail.
- Must be innovative and a critical thinker
- Must be willing to take on additional roles if the need arises.
- Salary: N80,000 / Month
