Job Position: Front Desk / Customer Service Representative
Job Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Description
- As our Front Desk/Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and visitors.
- This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong customer-focused approach.
- The Front Desk/Customer Service Representative will provide a warm and welcoming environment for all guests and ensure their needs are met efficiently.
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide information about the company's products and services.
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and requests.
- Handle reservations, including booking appointments, cancellations, and modifications.
- Manage the reservation system and ensure accuracy of information.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
- Manage the front desk, including answering phones, checking in and out guests, and processing payments.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
- Assist with general office tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Monitor the security of the premises and report any suspicious activity.
- B.Sc / HND in a relevant field from a reputable institution
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in computer systems and software.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing situations.
N80,000 monthly.
