We are expanding our presence to Nigeria. Hence, we seek smart, vibrant, and efficient sales/marketing professionals to join our team as Direct Sales Executive.
Job responsibilities as a Digital Marketing & Sales Associate are as
follows:

• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer
• needs
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and
• social media
• Set up meetings with potential clients to listen and understand their needs and
• concerns
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on the organization’s services and
• offers
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
• Work towards monthly and annual targets
• Collaborate with team members to achieve set results
• Build and maintain long-term positive relationships with clients and customers
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies and online campaigns
• Collaborate with the team to create engaging content for social media campaigns

*Work Schedule - Onsite, Standard work hours are (to align with Australian standard hours) from 10.00 PM – 8.00 AM on Sunday to Friday
*Location - Adeyi Avenue, Bodija, Ibadan
*Training: 1 month with an allowance of 40, 000 Naira
*Probation: 3 months (80, 000 Naira/month).
*Confirmation after satisfactory performance during probation:
-Base salary: 120, 000 Naira/month
-Inconvenience allowance: 30, 000 Naira/month
-Commission: 25, 000 Naira for each extra client converted beyond the monthly target
