- Safely transport the Managing Director to and from designated locations, including meetings, business trips, and events.
- Follow a set schedule or adjust to spontaneous travel needs and last-minute changes, ensuring punctuality.
- Navigate through city traffic and long-distance routes efficiently, following the safest and fastest routes.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding the Managing Director’s business and personal information.
- Ensure Managing Director's car is kept clean, well-maintained, and in excellent working condition at all times.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections (checking oil, water, tires, lights, etc.) and report any issues promptly.
- Schedule regular vehicle servicing and ensure all maintenance records are up-to-date.
- Manage fuel receipts, mileage logs, and any other transportation-related documentation.
- Maintain open communication with the Managing Director regarding schedules and any unforeseen delays or issues.
- Coordinate with the MD’s Executive Assistant or administrative staff regarding travel plans and logistics.
- Assist the MD with any errands, such as picking up or delivering documents, packages, or other items as directed.
- Follow all traffic laws, regulations, and company safety protocols to ensure the safety of the Managing Director and passengers.
- Be aware of potential security risks during trips and take necessary precautions to safeguard the MD.
- Occasionally assist with personal tasks for the MD as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Managing Director or other senior executives.
Pay: From ₦100,000.00 per month
License/Certification:
