Oversee sanitation practices to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the facility.
Manage utilities such as electricity, water, and gas to ensure uninterrupted supply and efficient usage.
Coordinate maintenance and repairs for production equipment and machinery to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
Implement security measures to protect company assets, employees, and products.
Assist in space planning and allocation to optimize the use of facilities and accommodate growth or changes in production needs
Develop and manage budgets for facility-related expenses, such as maintenance, utilities, and security.
Oversee relationships with vendors and service providers, such as maintenance contractors, janitorial services, and security firms.
