Job Position: Executive Assistant
Job Location: Marina, Lagos

Responsibilties

• Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients
• Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
• Handle requests and queries appropriately
• Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments and make travel arrangements
• Produce reports, presentations and briefs and devise and maintain office filing system
• Perform other duties as may be assigned.

Job Requirements

• Candidate should be a BSc / HND graduate in a related field
• 2-3 years of work experience as and executive assistant
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Candidate must be tech-savvy.

Salary
N150,000 - N250,000 monthly.
