Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors professionally and courteously.
- Ensure reception and office area is neat and organized at all times.
- Receive and sort all corporate correspondence.
- Manage some support staff and office supplies/stock.
- Ensure accurate filing of documents and keeping updated records.
- Handle clients’ inquiries.
- Work with and manage CEO’s schedule/calendar.
- Take up other duties as assigned.
- OND / NCE/ HND / Bachelor's Degree in any field
- 2 - 4 years of work experience.
- You can also apply if you are still running a part time programme
- Applicants should reside in Ikoyi, Obalende, Osborne and Dolphin axis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal/customer service skills
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management and team-playing skills
- Good understanding and usage of social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, Linked In)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Word etc.).
