Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Oversee daily operations, including production, quality control, and supply chain management.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to develop new products that meet market demands and customer preferences.
- Develop and implement sales strategies, monitor market trends, and work with the marketing team to promote products effectively.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
- Prepare regular reports for stakeholders on business performance, challenges, and strategic initiatives.
- Address any operational challenges or issues that arise, ensuring swift resolutions to minimize disruption.
- Master`s / Doctorate Degree in Business Administration, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, ideally in furniture production or a related field.
- Proven track record in management or leadership roles.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities to motivate and guide staffs
- Solid understanding of financial management, budgeting, and cost control.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes, quality control, and supply chain management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with staff, clients, and stakeholders.
- Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and understanding of market dynamics.
- Proficiency in relevant software (e.g, project management tools) and a good understanding of furniture design and manufacturing technologies.
