Position Overview:The General Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of M&C Wine Call Bar and Lounge, ensuring an exceptional guest experience, and driving business growth. This role requires a strong leader with proven management skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to inspire a team to achieve excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: ₦150,000.00 per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership: Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including staff management, inventory control, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Customer Experience: Ensure customers have a memorable experience by maintaining high service standards, addressing concerns promptly, and fostering a welcoming environment.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure productivity, motivation, and adherence to company policies.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor budgets, control expenses, and maximize profitability through effective planning and cost management.
- Marketing and Promotions: Develop and execute strategies to attract and retain customers, including events, promotions, and social media engagement.
- Compliance: Ensure the establishment complies with all local, state, and federal regulations, including liquor licensing and safety standards.
- Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in the hospitality, Food and beverages or entertainment industry.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting and cost control.
- Creative thinking and a customer-centric approach.
- Knowledge of hospitality industry trends and best practices.
Pay: ₦150,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Management: 5 years (Preferred)
- Onitsha (Required)
