As part of our growth, we seek a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join our team and ensure the smooth running of daily operations.
Key Responsibilities

• Operational Oversight:
• Manage daily operations of the bar and lounge, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Monitor staff performance to ensure high standards of customer service.
• Staff Supervision:
• Schedule and assign duties to staff members to maintain productivity.
• Train, mentor, and motivate staff to meet company goals.
• Address and resolve staff or customer issues promptly and professionally.
• Customer Relations:
• Ensure a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for all customers.
• Address customer complaints and feedback to improve service quality.
• Inventory and Supplies:
• Oversee stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of beverages and supplies.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies to management.
• Health and Safety Compliance:
• Enforce cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards across the bar and lounge.
• Ensure compliance with all local regulations and licensing requirements.
• Financial Oversight:
• Assist in managing budgets, controlling costs, and achieving financial targets.
• Handle daily cash flow and report any discrepancies to management.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the hospitality or food and beverage industry. (wine bar, restaurants, hotels)
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and cash handling.
• Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and regulations.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦100,000.00 per month
