Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually engaging designs for various media platforms including social media, websites, marketing materials, video graphics, and print.
• Develop and maintain brand consistency across all graphic elements and ensure design is in line with company’s creative strategy.
• Work collaboratively with other teams such as marketing, content creators, and video editors to understand project requirements and execute creative concepts.
• Adapt designs for various platforms, including digital and print formats.
• Take ownership of design projects from concept to final production, ensuring timely delivery.
• Revise designs based on feedback and make necessary changes quickly and effectively.
• Stay updated with design trends and best practices to ensure the company remains at the forefront of innovative design.
• Create and present design mockups and prototypes to clients or stakeholders when required.
• Assist in developing templates and materials that streamline the content creation process for internal and external projects.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining high visual and technical standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, After Effects, etc.).
• Experience with motion graphics and video editing is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Excellent attention to detail and creativity.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain design concepts clearly to non-designers.
• A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field is preferred but not required if you possess the right experience.
• Experience with web design and familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.
