Job Title: Growth Officer
Location: Ibadan and Abia, Nigeria.
Job Summary:
As a growth officer, your primary role will be to acquire new merchants and generate revenue for our Transaction Finance Company.

Pay: ₦150,000.00 - ₦200,000.00 per month

Job Summary:
As a growth officer, your primary role will be to acquire new merchants and generate revenue for our Transaction Finance Company.
Responsibilities:
- Acquire new merchants & manage existing merchant transactions (Drawdown & Repayment) and develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new merchants and generate revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential customers.
- BSC/HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role
- Candidate must be resident in the location of the job
- Fluency in local language relevant to the location of the job
Additional Benefit:
- Commissions of 5% of the entire revenue generated within your portfolios, payable on overall performance monthly
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦150,000.00 - ₦200,000.00 per month
