We are seeking an experienced You Tube Monetization Expert specializing in organic growth to help expand our You Tube channel and social media presence.
The ideal candidate will focus on growing subscribers, increasing watch time, and boosting engagement without relying on paid ads.
You will be responsible for optimizing content and strategies to meet monetization goals organically while managing growth across other social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement organic strategies to grow You Tube subscribers, increase watch time, and boost engagement.
Optimize You Tube content for SEO, including titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails, to attract organic viewers.
Leverage audience retention techniques like playlists, end screens, and ng CTAs to drive viewer interaction.
Use You Tube Analytics to track performance and make data-driven improvements.
Manage and organically grow other social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.), ensuring consistent audience growth and engagement.
Collaborate on content ideas that resonate with the target audience and attract organic subscribers.
Keep up-to-date with You Tube's latest trends and algorithm updates to ensure sustainable, long-term growth and monetization.
Build and manage a community by responding to comments and engaging with followers to foster loyalty and increase engagement.
Requirements:
Proven track record in organically growing You Tube channels to meet monetization criteria.
Expertise in You Tube SEO, content optimization, and analytics for organic growth.
Strong understanding of social media growth strategies, content creation, and audience engagement without paid advertising.
Experience using tools like You Tube Studio and Google Analytics to optimize content organically.
Creative mindset with a deep understanding of viral content, trends, and audience behavior.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience growing social media platforms organically alongside You Tube.
Background in digital marketing or social media management with a focus on organic methods.
Knowledge of video editing is a plus.
