Role Overview:
As our Social Media Manager / Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors while also managing our social media presence. This dual role requires a friendly, organized, and creative individual who can engage our audience online and provide outstanding customer service in-person and over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across various platforms
- Create engaging content (graphics, videos, and written posts) that aligns with our brand voice.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Engage with our audience by responding to comments and messages promptly.
Receptionist Duties:
- Greet clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Answer phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate staff members.
- Manage scheduling and appointments, ensuring the front office runs smoothly.
- Maintain office supplies and assist with general administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in social media management and/or marketing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and management tools.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor with strong customer service skills.
- Experience with graphic design tools is a plus
