Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and talented Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about the beauty and fashion industry, possesses a creative flair, and has a proven track record of successfully managing social media accounts. As a Social Media Manager at Braids By Dili Inc. you will play a key role in enhancing our online presence, engaging with our community, and promoting our services through various social media platforms - Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, You Tube.
You will be responsible for creating content calendar, creating pre-production deliverables (keyword search, target audience identification, storyboard, thumbnail design for long form and short form content etc), scheduling and managing posts on our social media platforms.
As a Social media manager, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively.
Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic, customer engagement, and subsequently drive monetization of our social media platform through engaging hair content.
Responsibilities:
Content Posting:

• Post long form content on You Tube
• Post short form content on Instagram, You Tube Shorts, Tik Tok and Facebook

Social Media/Content Strategy:

• Create and execute a comprehensive social media strategy / Content Calendar for each of the above mentioned platforms to increase brand awareness and drive consumer engagement
• Perform Preproduction work per content on the monthly content calendar which includes but is not limited to: Content research (Keyword Search, Target Audience Identification)Thumbnail Design for Long Form and Short Form Content, Content Storyboards etc
• Strategically manage each page to enhance engagement & growth
• Content on Instagram, Tik Tok, and Facebook should aim to drive the audience toward our You Tube page. The ultimate goal of the You Tube page is to become monetized
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to refine the social media strategy accordingly

Community Engagement:

• Encourage user-generated content and leverage consumer testimonials to build trust and credibility
• Organically grow each of our social media platforms and drive engagement from each platform to You Tube
• Monitor each social media platform for trends and opportunities, and respond to comments on content in a timely manner
• Analyze social media metrics and prepare reports to track the effectiveness of campaigns
• Regularly adjust & fine-tune your social media strategy based on each platform’s metrics/analytics accordingly to ensure consistent growth

Qualifications:
● Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
● In-depth knowledge of popular social media platforms and trends.
● Excellent photography, graphic design skills.
● Basic Knowledge about hair braiding.
● Strong written and verbal communication skills.
● Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
● Familiarity with beauty and fashion industry trends.
