Job Title: Junior Product Designer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and innovative Product Designer to join our growing team. As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for designing user-centered products that are intuitive, aesthetically appealing, and aligned with business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and marketing, to bring your ideas to life and ensure a seamless user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. User-Centered Design:
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability studies to understand customer needs and pain points.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows.
- Design user interfaces (UI) that are both functional and visually appealing, ensuring a smooth user experience (UX).
2. Collaborative Development:
- Work closely with product managers to understand product requirements, business goals, and constraints.
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure designs are technically feasible and accurately implemented.
- Present design solutions to stakeholders, gathering feedback and iterating based on input.
3. Iterative Design:
- Test and refine prototypes based on user testing and feedback.
- Monitor product performance post-launch, using analytics and user feedback to improve designs and identify new opportunities.
- Keep up with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure innovative and modern product designs.
4. Design Systems & Branding:
- Help develop and maintain a consistent design system, including UI components, icons, and typography.
- Ensure designs are aligned with the brand’s visual identity and guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or a similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design work, including wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and usability best practices.
- Experience with prototyping tools and methods, as well as familiarity with responsive design.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
