Junior Business Development and Sales Manager

Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify and research potential markets,
companies, and partnerships that align with the company’s business objectives.
Generate new leads through networking, cold-calling, email outreach, and attending industry events. Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their needs and positioning our services/products as solutions.
Sales Strategy & Planning: Collaborate with senior business development managers to develop effective sales strategies and action plans. Assist in creating proposals, presentations, and sales materials tailored to prospective clients' needs. Contribute to the
development and execution of sales targets and objectives for specific market segments.
Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with
clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Work as a point of contact for key
accounts, managing inquiries and offering tailored solutions to meet their needs. Regularly
update and manage the client database, tracking interactions and sales progress using CRM software.
Market & Competitor Research: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities that may influence business strategy. Provide insights to senior management on market opportunities, customer feedback, and product/service improvements.
Sales Reporting & Analysis: Track and report sales metrics regularly, analyzing data to
identify areas for improvement and growth. Provide weekly and monthly reports to senior
management on sales activities, including pipeline progress and client feedback.
Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with the marketing, product,
and operations teams to ensure sales objectives align with overall company goals.
Provide feedback from clients and prospects to help improve product offerings and
marketing strategies.
Job Types: Full-time, New grad
Pay: ₦150,000.00 - ₦200,000.00 per month
