Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital and strategic media strategy aligned with the company’s goals.
• Lead the planning and execution of cross-channel campaigns, including social media, SEO/SEM, display, content marketing, and influencer partnerships.
• Identify and prioritize digital and media opportunities that increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and enhance customer engagement.
• Oversee content creation strategies, ensuring high-quality, consistent, and brand-aligned messaging across all digital channels.
• Collaborate with content creators, designers, and video production teams to produce engaging multimedia content.
• Maintain and improve the company’s social media presence, including identifying new platforms and trends.
• Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) to track, analyze, and report on digital campaign performance and audience engagement metrics.
• Develop and monitor KPIs for digital and media campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to refine content and increase campaign effectiveness.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of digital media professionals, providing regular performance feedback and professional growth opportunities.
• Foster a collaborative, creative, and data-driven team culture, encouraging innovation and knowledge-sharing.
• Manage budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
• Ensure brand consistency and alignment across all digital touchpoints.
• Implement audience segmentation strategies to tailor campaigns to specific demographic, psychographic, and geographic targets.
• Identify and leverage partnerships with influencers, industry leaders, and media outlets to amplify reach.
• Oversee paid digital advertising initiatives, including search engine marketing (SEM), paid social, display, and programmatic advertising..
• Monitor ad spend and optimize campaign budgets to maximize ROI.
• Monitor social media and digital channels for potential issues and provide leadership during crises to protect brand reputation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop crisis communication strategies and act as the point of contact for public and media relations.
• Work closely with other departments, such as sales, product, and customer service, to align digital strategies with broader company objectives

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum of 7 years of experience in digital marketing, media strategy, or a related field, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools, ad platforms).
Knowledge of SEO/SEM, content management systems (CMS), and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
Strong data analysis skills and experience using data to inform strategy and decision-making.
Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, manage performance, and drive results.
Ability to think creatively and strategically, balancing big-picture thinking with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to senior executives.
Ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
