JOB ROLE: HR ADMIN
JOB TYPE: Full time, 4 times a week
SALARY: 220-250K
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to join our client's luxury fashion brand.
The ideal candidate will support the HR team in managing day-to-day operations and administrative duties.
This role is perfect for someone with at least 2 years of experience in human resources and a passion for both people management and the fashion industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage employee documentation and ensure smooth onboarding processes.
Coordinate training programs for new hires.
Monitor leave management systems, attendance, and payroll inputs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Organize staff engagement activities and wellness programs.
Support the resolution of employee concerns or conflicts.
Manage calendars for HR meetings, interviews, and employee events.
Maintain accurate data and HR records within internal systems.
Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HR administration or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws in Nigeria.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Prior experience in the fashion or luxury retail industry is an advantage.
