ROLE: HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER
INDUSTRY: OIL AND GAS
SALARY : 500,000
LOCATION: IKOYI
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening and interview scheduling
Oversee onboarding, induction and orientation programs for new employees
Provide timely and accurate advice and guidance to managers and employees on a wide range of Human Resources policies and procedures
Assist in review and development of Human Resources policies and procedures
Implementation of employees training programs and performance appraisals
Ensure Compliance with HR policies and procedures
Coordinate appraisals and ensure timely performance tracking and review
Addressing employee queries and resolve minor HR issue
Assist in administering payroll, employees benefits and statutory remittances to ensure accuracy and compliance
Supervise administrative activities such as facility management and vendor relations to ensure smooth operations
REQUIREMENTS
Sound Knowledge of HIRS
Bsc IN Human Resources or any other related fields
Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR and administration
Strong communication and supervisory skills
Knowledge of HR police’s and Nigerian labour laws
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦500,000.00 per month
