The human Resource officer will handle all HR-related functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management and staff welfare at DNALC Nigeria Science City. The officer will ensure that HR policies are implemented effectively and foster a productive and positive work environment.
Qualification: At least a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Human Resource Management Roles.
Skills: Knowledge of labour laws, recruitment, employee relations, IT and Human Resource software knowledge.
