Job Summary:
They are seeking a passionate and skilled Intercontinental Chef to join their culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of various international cuisines and be able to create delicious, innovative dishes that delight customers. You will lead the kitchen team, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: ₦100,000.00 - ₦150,000.00 per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a diverse menu featuring intercontinental dishes.
- Collaborate with management to create seasonal menus and special promotions.
- Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety in accordance with health regulations.
- Monitor inventory and order supplies to ensure kitchen efficiency.
- Prepare and present food in an aesthetically pleasing manner.
- Stay current with culinary trends and techniques, implementing them as appropriate.
- Proven experience as a Chef, specializing in intercontinental cuisine, preferably in a QSR environment.
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.

- Higher National Diploma (Preferred)
- QSR: 2 years (Required)
