Our client is a global STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, The Arts and Mathematics) -focused agency specialising in science communication and immersive educational experiences. They seek a highly skilled executive assistant with a relevant bachelor’s degree, three plus years of experience, and a strong background in supporting international clients to join our Nigeria office. The Executive Assistant will support the CEO and provide critical operational, administrative, and project management support to ensure the smooth running of the office. This role is essential for streamlining communication, organising schedules, and managing tasks in alignment with the organisation’s global objectives. The ideal candidate is proactive, exceptionally organised, and comfortable managing strategic and administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. This position offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic, science-driven organisation, supporting impactful projects that make science accessible and engaging for diverse audiences.
Work Schedule: Hybrid (Monday - Friday)
Salary expectation: N150,000
Locations: Lekki Phase1 & Victoria Island

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organise the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating travel.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO, internal teams, and external stakeholders, ensuring efficient communication across all levels.
- Draft and manage correspondence on behalf of the CEO, including responding to inquiries and managing email communication.
- Operational Coordination and Project Management
- Assist with daily tasks that ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery of services.
- Coordinate logistics for events, workshops, and client meetings, handling on-ground organization as needed.
- Maintain and improve office systems, including filing, data management, and tracking project timelines and deliverables.
- Support the planning and execution of projects by tracking milestones, updating progress reports, and facilitating communication.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and project materials for both internal and client-facing purposes.
- Coordinate invoicing and payments
- Take on special initiatives and projects as assigned by the CEO, including research, strategic planning, and organisational growth activities.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline, such as Business Administration,
- Management, Communications, or science (if aligned with STEAM).
- Over 3 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role, preferably with project management responsibilities.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) and familiarity with project management tools like Asana or Trello.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills.
- High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Knowledge or interest in STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) is a plus
Pay: ₦150,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Lagos: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
