Job Description (Summary)
As the IT Security Manager, you will lead the organization’s cybersecurity efforts by identifying potential threats, implementing robust security protocols, and ensuring that the company’s IT infrastructure remains secure. You will work closely with various departments and oversee a team of security professionals, providing guidance on both technical and strategic security matters.
Risk Assessment & Policy Development:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
· At least 7 years of experience in IT security management or a related role.
· Proficiency in cybersecurity technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and encryption methods.
· Experience in creating and implementing security policies and procedures.
· Strong skills in risk assessment, incident management, and regulatory compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001).
· Leadership and team management experience with the ability to mentor and lead IT security professionals.
· Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or ISO 27001 are preferred.
· Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to explain security concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Lead and mentor a team of IT security personnel, ensuring collaboration across departments.
- Design and implement security architectures to safeguard data, networks, and systems.
- Continuously monitor systems for potential threats and vulnerabilities, preparing detailed reports for senior management.
- Conduct security awareness training for employees, promoting a strong security culture across the organization.
