Job Title: Key Account Lead
Focus Area: Key Account Management, and growth of Sun Fi Energy Provider and End Consumer Community. Sales and Relationship Management Focus.
Manager: Business Development Manager
Sun Fi is leveraging its leadership experience as a Distributed Energy Provider (DEP) to build a Clean Energy Fin Tech platform that helps Distributed Solar Energy Providers scale their clean energy business to millions of consumers in Nigeria and eventually other parts of the world. Sun Fi provides Solar Energy installers and their consumers access to Solar payment plans, solution design & analysis tools, and supply chain partnerships that help catalyze the transition to clean energy.
About the Role
We are seeking a Key Account Lead to help grow the platform’s revenues by driving the growth and retention of Distributed Energy Providers (DEPs) and End Consumers that translate into end consumer platform financing demand. You will deploy your superpowers to manage:
Job Responsibilities
  • Accountable for supporting the growth of the platform’s focus DEP User group and End Consumer groups to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual GMV and Revenue targets of the platform.
  • Responsible for supporting Users of the platform with onboarding challenges that might reduce conversion
  • Responsible for acting as the key liaison that works with User Services to ensure smooth collaboration between User Services and Growth to drive Growth and retention of Users
  • Responsible for structuring and communicating key feedback from Users to Technology, Growth, Platform Finance, and other stakeholders
  • Responsible for mastering the Sun Fi Technology Platform
  • Responsible for supporting the Growth Team with organizing offline and in-person engagements and activities to grow the platform’s user base and revenue
  • Responsible for growing Partnerships that help drive successful User experiences across the Sun Fi platform
  • Responsible for periodic reporting of your performance and leveraging data/insights for improvement
  • Responsible for strategically penetrating organizations or groups with the desired target audiences to grow the adoption of product offerings including solar system packages and payment plan options available from Sun Fi
  • Responsible for researching, describing, and identifying key end consumer groups and the right DEP partners that are well-positioned to serve them.
  • Responsible for recommending or advocating for incentives to help manage the growth of the DEP ecosystem and realize revenue growth KPIs through these DEP partners
  • Responsible for continuous relationship management of the DEP, stakeholders, and end consumers, ensuring Sun Fi meets and exceeds their expectations consistently.
  • Partners with User Services team, Technology team, People Operations team, and finance team to ensure DEP success and retention
  • Responsible for working with the Growth Manager and team to ensure KPIs used to project and measure platform DEP traction are established and tracked.
  • Reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis on Platform Growth performance, strategies, OKRs, KPIs, developments, challenges, and other key requirements

Qualifications
  • BSc/HND holder
  • 3+ years of growing business development or project management in energy technology or renewable energy company or a fast-growing tech start-up
  • Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build and sustain strong relationships
  • Ability to use Google suites
  • Renewable energy experience is a plus
  • Highly mobile
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦400,000.00 - ₦650,000.00 per month
