Responsibilities
•Responsible for organizing personal and professional aspects of a client’s life, from travel bookings to event planning, dining arrangements, and concierge services.
•Specializes in planning travel, organizing events, and managing lifestyle requests such as dining and entertainment arrangements.
•Primarily for corporate settings, focusing on meeting clients’ travel and lifestyle needs as part of their service experience.
•Concentrates on organizing travel logistics and coordinating events, whether personal, corporate, or lifestyle-focused.
•Provides travel booking and lifestyle services specifically for corporate clients or executives, balancing both business and personal requests.
REQUIREMENTS
•Bsc in Business Administration,Hospitality or any related field
•Minimum of 5years as an Executive Assistant,preferably in financial services or luxury concierge or high-touch client environment .
•Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills with an eye for detail.
•Excellent research capabilities to source relevant data/information.
•High level of Professionalism and discretion .
•Excellence written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with high-net-worth individuals and services providers
•Must be able to send reports and write newsletters
•proven ability to find solutions to unique challenges in high- pressure situations
•Must be skilled Jen Microsoft suits, CRM software and travel and event management platforms
