Job Summary: Spacerenta is looking for a dedicated Field Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for promoting our platform by building relationships with property owners, enhancing their visibility, and helping them maximize their property listings. This is a field-based role that requires regular travel to meet with property owners, understand their needs, and showcase the benefits of using Spacerenta for managing rentals.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, ensuring they understand how Spacerenta can enhance their rental business.
On-the-Ground Marketing: Develop and execute field marketing strategies to promote Spacerenta’s platform, targeting property owners, real estate agencies, and key partners.
Site Visits: Conduct regular visits to properties, providing owners with hands-on support to optimize their listings, improve visibility, and increase occupancy.
Event Participation: Organize and participate in property owner forums, trade shows, and community events to raise awareness of Spacerenta's offerings.
Lead Generation: Drive lead generation by identifying potential properties to list on the platform, demonstrating the platform’s value in boosting rental income.
Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales and customer support teams to ensure smooth onboarding of property owners and continued satisfaction throughout their engagement.

Pay: From ₦70,000.00 per month
Expected hours: No more than 8 per week
