Principal Site Manager (Building)

Site Engineer is a generic title for someone who is responsible for all aspects of the development of the building construction project on site. He/she
Must possess HND, B. Sc. or M.Sc.
The candidate should have experience at least as a contractor’s Site Engineer, during which he must have managed at least 2 projects each of minimum 5,000m2 gross building floor area.
He must have managed by himself (reporting only to management) 2 projects of at least 10 floors each from foundation to handover.
He must have a total understanding of all the technical details of each building trade in the building construction process. Crucial.
He should be very honest, and transparent.
He must be able to meet tight deadlines.
Must have a good command of spoken and written English.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage individual sites directly.
Oversee multiple sites managed by junior engineers.
Responsible for the timely delivery of projects to a very high quality, and within budget.
Monitor and provide weekly report on project progress, costs, and quality, including tracking progress against project schedules and budgets.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, including coordinating and managing site inspections and audits.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₦400,000.00 - ₦450,000.00 per month
