Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and technically skilled Print Shop Manager to oversee our printing facility operations. The ideal candidate will combine expertise in graphic design, video editing, and print equipment maintenance with strong leadership abilities. This role offers an opportunity to work with cutting-edge printing technology while managing a team of printing professionals to deliver high-quality products to our clients.

This role offers an opportunity to work with cutting-edge printing technology while managing a team of printing professionals to deliver high-quality products to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily print shop operations, including workflow management, quality control, and equipment maintenance
- Manage and train print shop staff to ensure efficient operations and high-quality output
- Create and execute graphic design projects for various print and digital media
- Produce and edit video content for clients' multimedia needs
- Maintain and troubleshoot printing equipment, including digital printers, plotters, and finishing equipment
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Schedule and coordinate print jobs to meet deadlines and quality standards
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures
- Provide technical support and expertise to staff and clients
- Handle customer inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction
- Prepare cost estimates and manage project budgets
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in print shop operations, including management experience
- Proven expertise in graphic design with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design)
- Strong video editing skills with experience in premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software
- Technical knowledge of digital printing equipment, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting
- Experience with various printing processes including digital, large format, and finishing equipment
- Strong color management and pre-press skills
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of print production workflow and file preparation
- Understanding of paper types, weights, and printing specifications
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design)
- Video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Print management software
- Color calibration and management systems
- Digital printing equipment operation and maintenance
- Pre-press workflow systems
- Microsoft Office Suite
Pay: ₦180,000.00 per month
