Sales and Marketing Representative (Remote)

We aim to empower individuals on their career journeys, and we’re looking for a driven Sales and Marketing Representative to expand our reach by forming strong partnerships with universities, businesses, and key communities.
Role Overview
We are seeking a results-oriented Sales and Marketing Representative who will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, and closing deals. Your main focus will be to secure partnerships with universities, businesses, and organizations to promote ISCANET’s innovative platform. You will actively engage with relevant communities, conduct marketing activations, and execute strategies that drive platform adoption and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
  • University and Business Partnerships: Actively seek out and establish partnerships with universities and businesses, particularly those supporting international talent, visa sponsorship, and recruitment. Close deals that showcase ISCANET’s value.
  • Lead Generation & Outreach: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, build a pipeline of prospective clients, and convert leads into successful partnerships. Develop and implement lead generation strategies.
  • Marketing Activations & Events: Plan and execute events, workshops, and activations that promote ISCANET to universities, businesses, and communities. Engage with educational institutions, international organizations, and local networks to grow ISCANET’s user base.
  • Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with community leaders, student ambassadors, and influencers to increase ISCANET’s visibility and credibility within key communities (e.g., Nigerian, Indian, and Filipino communities).
  • Product Demonstrations: Deliver impactful presentations and demos of ISCANET’s AI-powered tools, visa sponsorship guidance, and career coaching services to clients and partners.
  • Closing Deals: Lead negotiations, draft agreements, and close deals with new clients to secure long-term partnerships.
  • Market Research & Strategy: Continuously monitor trends, competitors, and opportunities in the education and recruitment sectors to keep ISCANET ahead of the curve.
Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales or marketing, ideally within the education, recruitment, or tech/Saa S sectors.
  • Proven ability to negotiate, close deals, and meet sales targets.
  • Strong communication, networking, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in community engagement, event marketing, or partnerships is a plus.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Fluent in English; additional local languages (e.g., Hindi, Tagalog) are a bonus.
