Job Title: Sales & Business Development Executive - Security Technology Solutions
Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Work Mode: On-site, Full-time
Salary: ₦300,000

A top security technology solutions provider is seeking dynamic and driven Sales & Business Development Executives to enhance its market presence and drive revenue growth.



As a Sales & Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, establishing and nurturing client relationships, and promoting the company's cutting-edge security technology solutions.



Responsibilities



  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching and analyzing market trends, potential clients, and competitive offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target organizations to understand their security needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct engaging product presentations, demonstrations, and consultations to educate potential clients about the benefits and features of the brand technology solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical and product teams to ensure a thorough understanding of our solutions and to address client inquiries effectively.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring that client needs are met and that sales targets are achieved.
  • Manage and maintain an accurate sales pipeline, providing regular updates on sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts to senior management.
  • Stay informed about industry developments, emerging technologies, and competitive products to position the brand’s solutions effectively in the market.
  • Provide feedback to marketing and product development teams to enhance the brand offerings and marketing strategies based on client and market insights.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our security technology solutions and network with potential clients.


Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the technology or security solutions industry.
  • Strong technical background with a solid understanding of security technology solutions, including surveillance systems, access control, and cybersecurity.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in a competitive market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients at all organizational levels.
  • Effective presentation skills with the ability to explain complex technical information clearly and persuasively.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with a strong drive to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, opportunities, and sales activities effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand client needs and propose appropriate security technology solutions.
