Role Title: Manager- Pharmaceutical Sales
Job-location: Lagos, Nigeria
Work-Mode: work from office
Experience required: 2 to 5 years
Role & Responsibilities
Building Lasting Customer Relationships: Cultivate and maintain enduring relationships with customers to foster loyalty and trust. Crafting and Finalizing Sales Proposals: Prepare, review, and refine sales proposals to ensure they align with client needs and company objectives. Harnessing Social Media for Brand Awareness: Leverage various social media platforms to engage customers, spark interest, and elevate brand visibility. Forecasting Sales and Reporting: Develop accurate sales forecasts and deliver comprehensive reports to management to facilitate strategic decision-making. Formulating Sales Strategies: Devise innovative sales strategies aimed at enhancing company revenue and market share. Analyzing Campaign Results: Maintain meticulous records of past campaign performance to identify successful marketing approaches and areas for improvement. Monitoring Market Trends and Metrics: Stay abreast of market trends, sales data, and pricing strategies to identify opportunities for optimization and growth. Sales and Marketing Associate Requirements: Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy/ Diploma in Pharmacy/ Arts / Commerce / Marketing / Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Relevant Experience: Demonstrate proven experience in sales or marketing roles in Pharmaceutical Industry showcasing a track record of success with 2-5 Years of Sales Experience in Lagos and Victoria Island. Should have knowledge of Sub-Saharan countries. Proficiency in Tools: Possess advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and marketing software to facilitate effective communication and data analysis.
Knowledge of Metrics: Exhibit a sound understanding of sales and marketing metrics to drive informed decision-making. Consumer Insight: Display the ability to anticipate consumer behaviour and preferences to tailor marketing strategies accordingly. Organizational Excellence: Possess exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple customers efficiently and meet deadlines and Sales Revenue Targets. Effective Communication: Communicate clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing, to engage stakeholders and convey ideas effectively. Customer-Centric Approach: Provide exceptional customer service, prioritizing customer satisfaction and retention. Driving License and Car: Must Posses a valid Driving license and a car (company shall pay for fuel expenses ) Must have valid authorization's to work in Nigeria.
