Job Title: Sales & Business Development Manager (Hybrid)
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Salary: 350,000 – 400,000
We are recruiting for a dynamic and experienced sales professional with extensive knowledge of the technology training and professional development landscape in Nigeria. The Business Development Manager will play a key execution role in: Planning, developing, marketing, executing, monitoring, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective actions to ultimately boost sales and commercial growth of the organization.

Pay: ₦350,000.00 - ₦400,000.00 per month

The Business Development Manager will play a key execution role in: Planning, developing, marketing, executing, monitoring, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective actions to ultimately boost sales and commercial growth of the organization.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sales growth
- Sales process development
- Sales channel development
- Stakeholder communication
- Market scoping and assessment
- Process and programme monitoring
- Customer recruitment (B2C and B2B)
- Costs, budget and expense management
- Support brand marketing & social media activities
- Activities and interventions to address arising market challenges
- Defining required product offerings and innovations for the market
- Contributing to governance structure and quality assurance measures
- Management of third party (internal teams and external suppliers) contributors
- Additional responsibilities may include research and application of global education technology trends; best practice discovery and competitor analyses of local market trends; exploration of new opportunities, customer groups and revenue streams and recommendation for development of local and global job placement opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
- Additional sales or relevant certifications
- 4+ years B2B sales or business development experience
- Previous responsibility for generating own leads and managing sales cycles
- Established contacts and networks at large corporate and government institutions
- Well networked in the local information and communications technology ecosystem
- Demonstrable and quantifiable successes and track record in securing new business (B2B or B2C)
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Project, Word)
- Comfortable with providing effective sales presentations to varied audiences and stakeholder.
- In tune with future-focused technologies such as artificial intelligence, block chain, crypto currency, cyber security, data analytics, digital marketing, internet of things, software engineering, Web3, etc
Pay: ₦350,000.00 - ₦400,000.00 per month
