Job Title: Sales & Business Development Manager (Hybrid)
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Industry: Technology hub & Training Centre
Salary: 350,000 – 400,000
We are recruiting for a dynamic and experienced sales professional with extensive knowledge of the technology training and professional development landscape in Nigeria. The Business Development Manager will play a key execution role in: Planning, developing, marketing, executing, monitoring, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective actions to ultimately boost sales and commercial growth of the organization.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales growth
Sales process development
Sales channel development
Stakeholder communication
Market scoping and assessment
Process and programme monitoring
Customer recruitment (B2C and B2B)
Costs, budget and expense management
Support brand marketing & social media activities
Activities and interventions to address arising market challenges
Defining required product offerings and innovations for the market
Contributing to governance structure and quality assurance measures
Management of third party (internal teams and external suppliers) contributors
Additional responsibilities may include research and application of global education technology trends; best practice discovery and competitor analyses of local market trends; exploration of new opportunities, customer groups and revenue streams and recommendation for development of local and global job placement opportunities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
Additional sales or relevant certifications
4+ years B2B sales or business development experience
Previous responsibility for generating own leads and managing sales cycles
Established contacts and networks at large corporate and government institutions
Well networked in the local information and communications technology ecosystem
Demonstrable and quantifiable successes and track record in securing new business (B2B or B2C)
Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Project, Word)
Comfortable with providing effective sales presentations to varied audiences and stakeholder.
In tune with future-focused technologies such as artificial intelligence, block chain, crypto currency, cyber security, data analytics, digital marketing, internet of things, software engineering, Web3, etc

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦350,000.00 - ₦400,000.00 per month
