Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect for and acquire new clients through effective sales techniques.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
- Guide clients through the entire real estate process, from property search to closing.
- Market properties effectively, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Conduct property tours, open houses, and inspections.
- Negotiate terms and conditions to close deals successfully.
- Stay informed about market trends, property values, and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with marketing to generate leads and promote properties.
- Prepare and manage sales contracts and related documentation.
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Proven track record as a successful Sales Executive in real estate or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, property management, and relevant laws.
- Excellent sales and marketing abilities, with a focus on building relationships.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
