We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Positon: Sales Executive

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities

Lead Generation: proactively identify and engage potential clients through a variety of channels, including cold calling, networking events, and digital prospecting.
Client Consultations: schedule and conduct in-depth consultations with potential buyers to understand their property preferences and financial requirements.
Property Presentations: showcase available real estate properties to prospective buyers, clearly highlighting key features, benefits, and value propositions to match their needs.
Sales Negotiation: skilfully negotiate terms and conditions of sale agreements, ensuring both client satisfaction and company objectives are met.
Closing Deals: manage and finalize the sales transaction process, from contract negotiation to deal closure, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for the client.
Client Relationship Management: develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients to drive repeat business and generate referrals.
Market Research: stay up-to-date with market trends, pricing dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities and provide market insights.
Sales Reporting: regularly prepare and submit detailed sales reports to the Marketing Department, including updates on sales activities, pipeline, and revenue forecasts.
Collaboration: work closely with the marketing team to implement sales strategies that drive lead generation and conversion.

Educational Qualification and Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
3-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
Proven track record of success in sales.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites and other relevant software.

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals.
Self-motivated and results-oriented.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong time management and organizational skills to manage a busy workload.
Resilience to handle rejection and overcome challenges.

Salary
N130,000 - N140,000 / month.
