Job Title: Solar Sales Manager
Location: Lagos, Mainland
Salary: N300,000 Net plus sales commission
This is a full-time on-site role as a Solar Sales Manager at Wind & Rock Holdings Limited (Winock™) in Lagos State, Nigeria. The Solar Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, developing sales strategies, and maintaining customer relationships in the solar energy sector. The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.

Pay: ₦300,000.00 per month

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
- Manage the sales team, leading them to achieve the business goals and objectives
- Collaborating with stakeholders to expand business and product reach
- Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives
- Develop strategies to meet sales target and boost team performance
- Proven 5+ years experience in sales, specifically in the solar energy or FMCG industry
- Ability to meet and surpass sales target
- Leadership and team management skill
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of solar energy products and technologies
- Ability to analyze sales metrics and strategize to meet sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pay: ₦300,000.00 per month
