GREEN HOMES PROPERTIES is a leading real estate firm dedicated to providing exceptional property ( LAND AND HOUSING) services across Nigeria. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SALES SUPERVISORS to lead our team and help drive our business forward.
The Sales Supervisor at GREEN HOMES PROPERTIES will be responsible for managing the daily operations of their team, driving sales targets, and leading a team to success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and management, with a proven ability to enhance performance and achieve results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the unit, aligning operations with the company's strategic goals.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase sales and market presence.
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration..
- Ensure adherence to company policies and best practices.
- Prepare and present performance reports to senior management
Requirements:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree (BSc) Or OND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing and at least [2] years or more in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant business software.
Salary and Benefits:
- A monthly salary of ₦80,000. + commission and other incentives.
