We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager based in Lagos to join our team. This individual will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing relationships with partners, and engaging with our travel community. You will oversee marketing initiatives to promote our travel packages, manage our CRM, and generate leads through direct marketing to companies.
Key Responsibilities:

• Partner Engagement:

Build and maintain relationships with sales partners, including agents and vendors, to foster collaboration and drive sales.

• Community Engagement:

Interact with our travel community group, providing relevant content, answering inquiries, and organizing campaigns to keep the community active and engaged.

• Sales and Marketing:

Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our travel packages, including trips, shortlets, and flight bookings. Handle both B2B and B2C marketing initiatives.

• Lead Generation:

Conduct direct marketing to companies and institutions, pitching our travel services and packages to secure corporate clients and bulk bookings.

• CRM Management:

Manage our CRM system to track customer interactions, ensure excellent customer service, and generate insights to improve engagement and sales.

• Customer Engagement:

Follow up on leads, respond to customer inquiries, and maintain relationships to drive repeat business. Provide a consultative sales approach to match customers with the right travel solutions.
Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the travel or tourism industry.
• HND/BSc degree in a relevant field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience with CRM management and customer engagement tools.
• Ability to create and execute marketing campaigns (email, social media, direct marketing, etc.).
• Experience in B2B marketing and sales is a plus.
• Must be based in Lagos, Nigeria.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple tasks.
• A passion for travel and an understanding of the African travel landscape is an advantage.
