Position Overview
- We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Sales Reps (Canvassers).
- In this role, you will reach out to potential customers in the agricultural sector to introduce our farm products.
- Conduct door-to-door canvassing in local areas to identify potential customers and promote our farm products.
- Share information about our products and their benefits with potential customers
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by management.
- Keep track of customer interactions and follow-up actions in a simple reporting system.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet sales goals.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- OND in any relevant field
- Experience: 0-1 year
- Communication skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Aggressiveness, persistence, resiliency and commitment to providing the best customer service.
- Ability to establish rapport and build credibility via excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
