Supermarket - Ilupeju, Lagos
Work Days: Monday – Sunday (1 day off weekly)
Supervise and coordinate daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient inventory management, and maintaining a safe and clean shopping environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise and coordinate daily store activities, including opening/closing procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
• Supervise, train, and develop a team of sales associates and department staff.
• Foster a positive work environment, promoting employee engagement and retention.
• Monitor inventory levels, report stock discrepancies, and adjust orders accordingly.
• Ensure proper receiving, storage, and rotation of merchandise.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and cycle counts.
• Conduct regular store walks to identify potential hazards.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years retail management experience (supermarket experience preferred).
• Bachelor's degree/HND in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, retail management software, and analytics tools.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦60,000.00 - ₦80,000.00 per month
