JOB Role: Technical Programs Manager

SALARY :9.2 Million annually
LOCATION: LEKKI
RESPONSIBILITIES
•Develop Annual/Quarterly work-plan identifying, action, responsibilities, timelines.
•Prepare and set clear priorities for all programmed annually.
•Develop and manage appropriate stakeholders and collaborations
•Lead the planning and implementation of periodic stakeholder/partnership engagement events,awards,dinners.
•Lead monitoring and evaluation activities of the foundation in collaboration with the monitoring &evaluation team .
•Review performance indicators periodically and work with team members to identify areas for improvement .
•Assist in the coordination of main office
Activities and operations .
•Identify knowledge gaps,skills and abilities required in developing and managing programs teams effectively and effectively
•Develop and submit monthly as well as annual budget for all programme team as well as an efficient operating cost to support programme
•Establish and implement performance management processes for all programme staff.
REQUIREMENTS
•Minimum of 10 years’ work experience with 5 years’ working in project management, client service, programs management in social impact related fields.
•Global conscious and technologically savvy
•Strives to prioritize effectively and raise performance levels of self/others
•Regularly review progress of plans to redirect action when necessary to achieve targets
•Understands implications of outcomes of Board and Management meetings.
•Close attention to detail,reliable,flexible and results-driven/follow-through skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦9,200,000.00 per year
