About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Tele Salesperson with a strong understanding of social media and website management to join our team. If you're passionate about customer service, skilled in online engagement, and eager to make a difference, this role is perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our brand and products.
• Engage with leads and customers on social media platforms to drive sales and brand awareness.
• Manage customer inquiries on our website, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience.
• Use digital tools and strategies to expand our customer base and enhance our online presence.
• Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement online campaigns.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in tele sales or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) and website management.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with the Lekki Phase 1 and Surulere areas is a plus.
