Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervises the preparation of bids/ proposals.
2. Reviews all tender documents and supervises compilation of materials required for bids.
3. Ensures the preparation of pre-qualification bids with standard company information.
4. Puts together technical bids.
5. Consolidates and compiles commercial bids.
6. Ensures the electronic control of documents.
7. Ensures the documentation and analysis of required information data.
8. Ensures that project outcomes are achieved.
9. Oversees the resourcing of projects.
10. Oversees the collation of project documents e.g., progress and highlight reports, incident reports, etc.
11. Ensures a copy of each bid quotation is submitted on time and placed on file.
12. Develops work plans and proposals for effective projects management.
13. Enforces project deadlines and schedules.
14. Managing project cost.
15. Consistently applies project standards.
16. Ensures multiple tasks are prioritized effectively.
17. Overseas the implementation of the full components of fiscally running a project successfully
18. And any other responsibilities/ duties that may be assigned by your supervisor/ management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or a Master’s Degree with At least 3 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in relevant software/tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Pay: ₦150,000.00 - ₦250,000.00 per month
